Got ride comfort?

Shocks, KYB v. Koni v. Tokico D-spec adjustables. I find a better deal on the KYB...but are the coil-over shocks worth the extra grand or so?

ARE U BUILDIN A TRACK CAR? having an adjustable suspesion can help out dearly... but there are cheaper ways such as the kyb's and a set of race springs you like that will give you great ride height and comfort.

my cars on bilsteins w/ eibach sportlines... rides like it on rails, and isnt harsh at all... even on the 18's.

i mean really what it comes down to is doe... and if ur just lookin for that "get the fuck outta my way, cuz my shits fast" look... there are cheaper ways.

Lol well I already have the eibach 1.5 drop springs on her. but the shocks I got are blown, they were the eibach shocks for my car but they aren't adjustable and quickly blew. So I'm thinkin I should just stick with the Tokico D-spec's I've been eye'n on am muscle?

So right now, she rides like a nightmare and the pops from the shocks tends to get rather unnerving as well as occasionally it'll drop in the rear and ride on the bumpstop. very uncomfortable...but apparently more comfortable than my friends 94 Saleen.

Koni Sport

I think this setup would do just fine for the price, don't you?

Adjustables to me aren't really worth it unless you take the thing to the track, in which case having two or more different suspension set-ups helps you get the best ride and traction for the track, and then the street. If its a DD street car I'd suggest not going the adjustable route. You can get nice pieces that aren't adjustable. Even the Tokico HP Blues are good pieces.

A lot of people recommend Tokico blues if you're replacing the shocks.
Coil overs aren't worth it on a DD imo, just when you're having a track car/autox car. Or if you want a ridiculous drop on your car.

Well I ended up getting the Tokico D-spec adjustables, they were well worth the money, plus a rear shock tower brace and new slotted rotors. She rides so much more smoothly. Thanks to AM, I got the stuff next day and had it all installed before 1900 on my own.
