Check places like Rockauto.com or LateModelRestoration.com. Depending on how bad the damage is, you may be able to have your current header welded up.

I'm not trying to fix or buy a new header. It's the pipe connecting to the header that needs to be fixed. Whenever i search for a header pipe all i get are headers. It seems i cant find any and it needs to be fixed ASAP

The pipe downstream from the header? That would be the mid pipe. LateModelRestoration, StangMods, AmericanMuscle, etc all carry aftermarket midpipes. I recommend going with dual exhaust. It'll sound much better than getting another y-pipe.

you sure your not talking about the egr tube? (tube that comes out of the passenger side header leading towards the engine bay)
