Any input on thses?


1986-11 Mustang 8.8" 3.73 Ratio Rear End Gear Kit With Ford Racing Gears at LRS - Same Day Shipping!

I want 3.90s but its so much more expensive for them.. This is a kit for the price of what 3.90s alone would cost..

So I'm thinking about just getting these..

People who race , and some mach 1 and 99-01 cobra owners run 4.56s though.

I feel like 4.56 would be too much for a 1/4 personally. Shows what I know about track cars.

I've heard that with 4.10 on and auto you will have to hit 5th by the end of the 1/4?

from what I've heard, 4.10's top out 3rd at like 90-95ish I think. So yeah you might have to hit the 4th OD gear in the 1/4. But probably not. Theres no 5th in an auto btw

I drive a 5spd son. I have 3.27s right now and hit 90 at the top of 3rd.

Lol. Idk what I was thinking.. I think I was watching TV while I was typing.

But I just realized the guy whole told me about having to hit fifth... Drives a fox with a fuel injected 351w.. And he runs low 12s.. So he had a reason to hit 5th..
