Brake light and turn signal problems

My mustang has a new problem. Currently the turn signals do not work at all. The indicating lights on the console dont turn on when you turn them on. Also the brake lights have decided that they do not want to turn on either when engaging the brakes. The third brake light however does work. All of the lights work when you turn the headlights on too. Ive looked at the fuses and the ones i believe i needed to look at are all right which where the flasher indicator and the brake light fuses. Ive also looked at the bulbs in one of the brake lights and those were fine. I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem could be.

Sounds like the multifunction switch (the wiper/turn signal/hazard switch) is failing. What happens when you try the hazard lights?

hazards dont work but they havent worked since i got the car
