hey guys, a while back i got into a fender bender and damaged my front bumper a tad. i ave attatched a photo of what it looks like. idjust like some suggestions on what you think is a cheaper fix. either replace the entire bumper. buy a custom bumper off ebay. or take it to a shop and have it patched and what not? any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

uh i think either option works cuz you are gonna have to get your hood painted as well so their will be painting envolved... where do you see your car going? down a heavily modded path ... or a sleeper ... or a DD?

And, sorry to say, but that can not be patched. You need a new bumper. at a shop it will cost 1,000.00.

Well, I know you can get a bumper painted off of ebay ( you just give them your paint code) for about 300.00 and your going to need your hood painted also....Painted hoods are about 500.00..If you want to, do ebay. If not, go to a shop.

well see i have plans to repaint the entire car in the near future anyhow, i wanna paint it black. so you think i should just go with a primed bumper for now? that way ill just get it all painted at once?

but also you see....i only have a 500 dollar deductible on my insurance. and they will cover the rest. my damage is estimated at 1100 bucks but i pay the first 500 ya know....so maybe it would be cheaper just to take it to the shop and pay the 500 and let the insurance pick up the rest right? because i mean they should repaint it and everything right?

dude that is messed up, i hate drunk drivers. my neighbor is one, not even a month ago he took out numerous mailboxes and ended up hittin 2 huge brick columns, when i seen it and heard it was him i was like damn i coulda been on my way home from work that night and him hit me, and not even 3 weeks ago a girl that graduated from my school last year was hit and killed by a drunk driver, she was on her way home from college on spring break a mile away from home, and some jack ass dd hits her, and this is like 2 miles away from the high school and it was around 330 so one of the students could have easily been hit as well, sorry to rant on about that but it really pisses me off
