Step 1. Go To auto zone
Step 2. Ask for NGK tr6 or motorcraft copper plugs (like 1.xx$)
Step 3. Install
Step 4. Ask for forgiveness for wanting to pay for expensive plugs like a noob.

Go with Motorcraft or Autolite coppers. Pick up a gap tool while you're there. I don't care if the plugs are supposed to be gapped correctly, I always measure each one. I've gotten some that weren't gapped the same as the rest.

Yeah... the last set of plugs I bought weren't gapped at all at what they were said to be and weren't gapped the same at all. It's like a $2 tool and takes a few seconds per plug.

You should check the gap no matter what plugs you buy...and my vote is on Motorcrafts but everyone likes the NGK's as well.

I got Autolite coppers in my car right now with Duralast plug wires. All seem to be working like they should lol. Get a gapping tool though, if you trust that the manufacturer gapped them then you will run into misfires. I do have some NGK Iridiums waiting to go in though.

I've got a set of NGK iridiums in right now. I'm not particularly happy with them. About 10k miles on them and lately I've been getting some detonation at higher RPMs (and I'm running 89 octane on an 87 tune, long story short I was low on gas with no 93 stations nearby). Also had some misfire issues when I fire put them in. Not sure what was causing it, they were all gapped properly, wires in the right order, etc but it cleared up eventually. I've got a set of Motorcraft coppers waiting to go in when the weather warms up.

Just because I cut the buttons of the flap doesn't mean it's always wide open

While you're at it, pick up a good wire-type gapping tool rather than the "silver dollar" type ones you see at the counter of the auto parts store. KD Tools 2327 would be a good one for you.

Nothing wrong with the coin...

I have one on my key chain.. I use it for checking plugs and gaping copper plugs.
