it shouldn't throw a code, at least it didn't when I swapped it out on my truck, just modifies how much air is getting to the motor

If you go with a GT TB right off a GT, there is an air port on the back that allows for a vacuum leak. You have to fill and mill it.

oke, this is fucked up.. its getting worse
i managed to get tb cleaner and i will clean the sensors, but seriously..
its revving for itself alot :s also hearing a psssjjj coming from under the hood.
when i pop it and look for the sound i cant find it? al hoses are tight, to make sure i did clamp every hose, so i dont think its a bad connection for that.

could a bad iac really cause this? damn..

I think you have a problem at the TB base gasket. spray something around it while running. i filled my manifold base in to give more gasket support and to eliminate any chance of vac leak were o-ring use to go up. i also had to notch my angle plate because the spring was always getting caught between plate and TB causing vac leak.

Check your extensions. I had a similar problem and ended up redoing my extensions which solved my problem. The pssssssss noise is probably just the cai.

oke im a bit confused now
i think the problem is 90% solved now
i sprayed some leakfinder around my tb, didnt notice that it leaked, BUT
when i take closer look and trying to find the pssj, i noticed something srsly stupid
apears i forgot to tighten one bolt from the upper intake, i mean it was in there, but it could have a few strokes. so after that, it idles perfectly
i know i know.,. dumb as fuck, but the bolt was hardly visible

when for a testdrive, its not revving for itself anymore, only a tiny bit when i have the airco on, supose thats normal? also sometimes a sort of cry or howl hearing from my windstar.

anyway, its still touching my hood a bit.. any ideas? i dont feel like buying another hood, because its very hard to find here

If the noise you're still getting is a whistle ish noise when you're on the gas its just the intake tubing whistling. And idk my car revs up a little bit occasionally when the air is on I don't think its anything to worry about.
