There is no cabin air filters in that year, or year range.

Have you check under the cowl where the air comes in from the outside? Passenger side, near the windshield wiper post. You could have debris stuck under there. Also, can you see water coming out of the drain hose with the a/c running, or how did you check it?

After double checking those things, try driving around with the blower on a higher speed on just "Vent" for a while, just tough it out. It should help dry out the system.

I don't think 94-04 Mustangs got them. Not sure about earlier models.

oh ok haha, well I just got mine a few weeks ago and the only thing I've done to it was fix the magnaflow exhaust the previous owner tore off going down a back road, before that the only other mustang I worked on was a 66 inline 6 we restored for a guy a few years back

Put it on max A/C so it the blend door is open, spray lysol in there to kill the mold thats growing and make sure to turn the A/C off for a few minutes before shutting the car off, that way some of the water will evaporate, theretically at least.

Maybe there is a small dog stuck inside your AC unit.. I once pulled a mass of acorns out from on old Chevy Lumina's airbox.. LOL.. Honestly though, start from one end of your AC.. and work your way through, narrow it down. Most likely Water, maybe some wet leaves or something..it happens
