Car wont start after messing with fuelline

my car doesn't wanna turn over after I unattached the line i had running to the scruewder valve( have no idea how to spell it, its the valve on the end of the fuel rail toward the front of the car on drivers side). All I did was unattach the line reroute it since im reconfiguring my nitrous system and reattach it and now the car doesn't want to start. It wont even let me check the codes with my tuner or program the car. When I turn the key to start the car I dont hear anything starting up. Im disconnecting the battary for a little to see if that helps, because atm I don't think its building fuel pressure

well i found i blew a fuse. The pcm power fuse blew( constant control relay module. When I was working the braid line it knocked one of the tps lines loose but not too loose. anyway i redid that connection and ill buy a fuse tomorrow to see if it works
