Ughhhhh Ebay headlights suck . I had 3 pairs and all had condensation issues and silicone never worked until I went to stock ones from AmericanMuscle . Sorry but same for HIDs. Ballast suck and the bulbs have a poor color. I would go with 6Ers advice . DDM tunning for good quality so you can sleep good at night. I like option 1 and 4, by the way instead of silicone use window weld ribbon sealant. Worked for me

I've got a set of AGT hids sitting in my garage waiting to be installed. Got them on ebay a year ago and just haven't taken the time to put them in. Wish I'd heard of DDM before I bought them. But for the headlights, I have the first option. Siliconed them up when I got them a year ago and haven't gotten any condensation (and they spent most of last winter outside, coated in 1/2" of ice for a while).

Well Miami is sun and rain and lots of humidity and I guess it all depends how you apply the silicone. When I had the clear smoked ones I was only able to seal the driver side and for the HIDs....its mostly the EBay bulbs that piss me off. They don't appear rich in color. You can see in my sig.(left side ). The headlights have a nice purple hue when the eBay bulbs on the fogs have that aqua hue. In person you can see the difference

Hmm. I might have to just hook up my hids and see how they look before I put the bulbs in the headlights (the kit I got is a bitch to work with). I'll probably end up ordering a new kit from DDM

Idk I like the white 6k with the purple hue and they also appear brighter, just regular 35W ballast. Others may like the aqua hue tho. Thats why its better to order both HID bulb pairs from the same manufacturer so they can match.
