shocks and struts

I have a 2000 mustang with stock shocks and struts. Im looking for inexpensive shocks and struts. I looked at autozone and they have Gabriel brand which looks inexpensive.

If your going to go that inexpensive, then I would suggest Monroe at the very least...

when you do have the money, I would suggest a set of Tokico Blues as the minimum "performance" shock/strut set as far as value goes. On Ebay you can find deals that include springs for about $370.

I myself am looking for Bilsteins... anyone know where I can get a good deal on a set? Mustang Depot wants like $400, which I don't think is too bad, but I want to get a better deal if I could

I just found this guy selling tockico hp (blues) shocks and struts. They are used should i buy them?
"94-04 tockico hp (blues) shocks and struts- No problems with them I just upgraded to front coilovers with Bilsteins all around so don't need them anymore. The whole set has ~20000 miles on it. Asking $100 for the struts, $80 for the shocks or $175 for the set."

He is also selling springs? Should i change my springs (they are stock)?
"Front UPR prokit springs- UPR branded eibach pro kit springs with ~20k. Asking $50. I'll throw in the rears for $90 total"

Honestly, You could get new KYBs for that much online... Remember, you get what you pay for... I bought used springs myself, but I will not buy used shocks and struts... plus when you buy new, your more likely to be getting them with some kind of warranty

I wasn't referring to your post. I didn't read it. Lol

They ride good though. The progressive springs really made a difference though. It may be a bit higher, but I like the look. It has 'settled' since the install and it sits a little lower in the front. A nice stance.

Before. (nice low look, but terrible ride.)

This was the very next day after the new springs.

If you aren't trying to lower your stang, then your springs should still be fine
