2000 v6 new everything, poor fuel economy, floating idle

Ok guys- I am stumped. I have read all of the forums on here, and thank you for all of your input thus far

My wife has a 2000, see sig below, and the thing will not idle properly and is getting fuel milage like my 450 horse camaro!

When driving, once the car hits 2000 RPMs in between shifts, the RPMs just float as ifI am not letting my foot off of the gas whilst shifting. If you get on it, and shift hard into the next gear, you can let out of the throttle completely, and there will still be gas going to the ingectors! The car will continue to go with your foot out of the gas for a good 10-20 seconds.

I have put a new:
Idle air control valve
egr valve
air charge sensor
throttle position sensor
camshaft position sensor
every vacuum hose I can find
PCV valve

I have cleaned:
Mas airflow sensor
throttle body
BBk air filter

I was pissed when the car did the same thing after all of this, so I put a 01 tps on it, and the same. I have checked for vacuum leaks everywhere(1/2 can ether), and I have even taken off the new IAC and cleaned it. I plugged the fresh air breather on the CAI, and put a vented breather on the valve cover. I tried. The car runs much differently with the tps unplugged, so I believe it is working, however it is totally NOT adjustable!

Any help will be awesome!
If I dont get this puppy running right, my wife might want a new car after I have put all this high dollar crap in it for her....

well I was gonna say throttle body but you said you did that.

Are your pedals sticking at all? Any sort of gear problems?

what happens when you rev the engine in neutral? does it do the same?? ..... this is gonna sound stupid but have you checked the throttle linkage to the gas pedal. throttle springs, that whole assembly. it sounds like the throttle body is getting stuck for some reason.... did you check for grooves/ anything that could make it get stuck also when u cleaned it did you check all the moving parts make sure everything is moving smoothly.

and honestly the reason your not getting blown up with responses is that this particular section of the forum mainly deals with aftermarket mods ive noticed..
