And yea just by compressing them by hand you can really tell the difference between the 3 springs

Believe it or not, it was just idling in traffic when it let go and dropped the intake valve. That engine had seen some revs during its life though. It was in a '94 Tbird LX that I put together back in '02...'00 Splitport 3.8L, 4R70W, 3.73's, etc.

Actually I bought my GT to replace the Tbird as my daily driver after that happened. I just didn't feel like messing with the Tbird after that.

6000rpm. No need to put it on a dyno imo, to get the quickest et/traps you'd have to take it to around 6500rpm+ which is definatily not good for the stock rods.
I shift around 6200rpm myself. My quickest times have been taking it to 6500rpm.

You have a centrifugal supercharger... I'm sure it makes power pulling higher rpms... He has a stock(ish) v6... Power may be dropping off at say 5300-5500 depending.
