Call a Firestone, there should be one around New York somewhere. We have them all over PA. They HAVE to mount tires, though, they may be prone to overcharging.

What do you expect? They don't want the liability. The tires aren't exactly easy to change which makes it easy to scratch a rim. Why would they want to take that chance when they aren't even making money on the tires you are providing. I turn that type of work away as well.

The only two reasons I can think of are that you didn't buy the tires from them (big no no for tire shops, at least around where I live) or you're asking for just a mount and not to have them put on the car. Even though it shouldn't matter, some places get fickle because they want to sell you their warranty but can't be liable when they have no idea what's going to happen with the rims.
You're better off finding an automotive shop like panic said instead just a tire shop. They'll have the basic equipment to do the job but they could care less about selling you their tires because they wouldn't make much money out of it anyways. It's all labor to them, where as a tire shop makes more money through selling their tires and warranty over labor (which is why they're usually cheaper). |

Then find a place that will let you do it yourself. I had to pull a few strings but that's what I did. Even dedicated tire shops cause a risk of damaging the rim if the person using the machine is rushing through it. 4D is also dead on, due to the fact that the rims are brand new they can't claim the scratches were already there and it would be a huge profit loss if they had to replace them. Especially since they're not making any money off of you about from labor, which will already be a reduced price.
If you can do that, just make sure you have padding on the duck head and the rim, make sure the tire is heavily lubed, and possibly bring a friend because those size tires are near impossible to mount without a good amount of brute force. |

You probably won't be able to get those suckers fixed and ever be happy with them. I'd say try to get another rim out of them but that's something you should have done right out of the shop. Now they can have the defense that the damage could have been done upon leaving and returning.
