P1000 means literally what you said, the tests aren't complete. This is the code you'll get for 50-100 miles after you disconnect your battery and reset your computer. Keep driving and it will eventually go away.

For your O2 sensor code, is it upstream or downstream? If it's upstream, replace it. If it's downstream then it's really only monitoring whether or not the rear cats are working properly and, imo, a waste of money to replace.

After removing the battery, or reseting the OBDII readiness monitor, P1000 will come up. It basically means that your emissions sensors and monitors haven't been driven long enough. Technically there is a set of procedures to drive around to remove the P1000, but basically drive around normally for 30 minutes or an hour or so.

What other code are you getting? And I would probably wait until after the drive cycle is complete to see what other codes come up.

edit: ^ Basically what he said!

What code are you getting? With no downstream cats and sensors, have you done a tune to delete them or are you running MIL eliminators?

Your P1000 isn't going to go away until you get all your O2 codes taken care of which you should definitely do. After that it'll be able to finish its tests after a bit of driving and go away.

Your ECU automatically runs tests to make sure everything is functioning correctly. If everything isn't(such as your O2 sensor) then it will throw another code and not finish its testing.

Go google P1000 if you want more specifics.
