Thoughts on These Wheels?

I must replace my stock 99 wheels. Found some on craigslist and wanted to hear opinions or experiences. They are priced well and I have a slim budget. 16 x 7.5

Thanks

Busted me on my over-exaggeration 6er The look of the stock wheels are ok and I am willing to live with them if I have to. However, the very reasonalbe price $75 (he is just wanting them out of his garage) is tempting me.

My wife took my car today. Are these a different size than stock? My tires are all still at 85%.

And I would love to have some GT wheels, but the budget may not afford them. I figured I may be able to break even buying these and selling mine.

You'd be hard pressed to sell your current ones though....

Still don't know why you "need" them replaced. If you ha e a cracked wheel like I do. Then you should probably get it replace yes. But if you just want an upgrade of what you have no, you don't "need" new wheels. Just save up for some nice ones.

Save up your money for a nice set of wheels and tires. If you go buy another set of stock wheels you're going to look at them the same way you look at your current wheels. I don't know what your budget is but you can get a set of brand new wheels and tires all mounted, balanced, and shipped to your doorstep for under $1200. You can find nice sets of used wheels (many with tires) for $800 or less, and I'm not talking about stock wheels.

Yeah, and if you don't want 315's and just the same stance, probably get a good set for 500 an under.

Just keep looking. I bought a set of 17x9 cobra replicas and wrapped with with new rubber for $500.

Unfortunately now the chrome is starting to peel. Oh well, it's a good excuse to have them powdercoated black.
