so on february i bought my wife an 03 mustang v6 5 speed, 39k miles and totally bone stock! the first day we had it i ordered the bumper inserts in black. to date that is the only mod. i look forward to everybodys input and help on modding this little car, i ordered an ebay intake yesterday and hopefully itll be here soon. i am still a member of the s10forum.com so im not new to forums. if everybody could please help out and give the names of companies that make quality exhaust setups that would be great. im just looking for an hpipe and then ill get the super 40s put on at an exhaust shop. i was looking at the jegs hpipe cause its only $80, if its a piece of crap or if anybody knows of a better one please let me know. thanks to everybody that inputs.

for exhaust it is all the same don't over pay. get flows or MAC mufflers IMO, and have an exhaust shop fab up your h-pipe and piping will run about 375

i already talked to my buddy at the exhaust shop, he wont take off my stock y setup cause he got slammed for doing that cause of the cats obviously. he told me just get an h or x pipe and he will do the rest and not charge labor (i love having good friends). so i just wanna get an h pipe and put super 40s on. any company in particular that i should get the hpipe from, or are they all the same? and what about mils, will the v8 ones work or should i just tune them out? thanks for quick responses!

shorties almost nothing we have very free flowing manifolds, LT's 12-20, and they areno where near as hard on the 6 since there is room, but if you wan't lt's you'll need the shop to cut your cats and move them back make a custom h-pipe on your true duals weld them there and then weld flanges for the lt's to bolt up/
