$320 for dual exhaust?
That seems pretty steep to me, especially since I already have one of the mufflers and I'm going to supply the other one. Or am I just crazy?

I paid four hundred out the door for off brand mufflers and install. But some people pay way more for install than 320 just depends on where your located.

Yeah, it's worth it, but gah, it seems like such an easy job to do for that much money. The piping can't be that expensive. The dude added it up to like 180-200 bucks just for the pipes.

If you think it's really a easy job then do it yourself. Otherwise man up and pay the price to have a professional do it.
I paid $150 for my install but I also included every part necessary and it only required three welds.

Like a welder, pipe bender, unless you want it pieces together, which would still require welding. and it depends are you getting stainless pipe? I paid $320 to have an H pipe made of stainless without cats and 2 bungs welded in. But that was because shops aren;t really allowed to do that.

I paid 600, stainless steel, GT tail pipes and install. Biggest rip off, but I wasn't unhappy once I started the car.

600 for stainless is not that bad of a deal.
320 seems about right.. A little more expensive than mine but every area is different

$320 is a good deal. I paid over $1k for my setup
Mac longtubes Mac o/r h Bbk u2 extenders Flowmaster super 44 catback New genuine ford hangars (4) All bought brand new ^^ And a gt bumper cover painted the right color in factory paint I installed it all myself. $320 is not a lot of money in the car modding world IMO. |

You can pick up GT catbacks for around $100 sometimes and then get an H=pipe adapter from american muscle for $100. Very easy and cheap. All else you need are the hangers from ford.

Most people don't really want to upgrade to GT mufflers though. Having some others put in is easy enough to do.
