Rear bumper..

I just got my stang a few weeks ago and I've been trying to figure out what rear bumper is on it. I know the front bumper is Roush and I don't really care about the side skirts, but I haven't been able to find a rear bumper that matches mine and I want to figure out what it is. Has anyone seen this style before and know what its called?

check cruizin concepts. They sell shit like that all the time.

But it looks like its attatched to your stock bumper. And I really hope you have dual exhuast with that ...

I was thinking the same thing. OP, crawl under there and see how that is attached. If it looks like it's attached to another bumper and easy to take off, I guarantee taking it off will make your car look much better, especially if there happens to be a GT bumper under it.

it's a Razzi rear bumper...it's attached to the factory bumper, but the factory bumper would have to be chopped up a bit for the cover to be installed (my friends been there done that)...

actually i know the guy you bought it from...lol. you'll need a new rear bumper if you dislike the razzi kit.

Yea, its got duals. They're cut off under the car though.. I'm piping it out through the bumper in a few weeks.

Thanks for the help though, everyone. Its been killing me not knowing what kind of kit was on it.

yeah...the guy you bought it from didn't put the kit on there..the guy before him did...the original razzi front looked like shit so he put the roush front on. does it still have the el glow gauges in it. They came out of my blue v6, and when i got the GT i sold them to the other guy.

Yup, still has the gauges. I'm not really sure if I'll keep the Razzi rear or not. Looks a little too ricer for me. lol It's staying for a little while though, at least until I get the money to do somethin with it.

to me in person it doesn't look right...i told the original owner that a few times lol, but he didn't want to try and find a different rear. i hope you enjoy the ride

lol I'll probably wind up changing it out later.. For now, I'm just working on some little things. Gotta straighten up the guys paint job on the Roush front.. It's got runs all over it. That and I smoothed out, fiberglassed, and painted a nice crack in the front. Not a bad little car though..

Just a thought if you'd like to swap it out eventually, you might want to consider posting up an ad on CL offering to swap it out for a stock GT or V6 bumper. You might get lucky and find someone that likes it. And if you get a V6 bumper for it but want the GT cutouts, just throw up another ad offering to swap for a GT bumper. There are a number of people out there building sleepers and would rather have a V6 bumper without the cutouts so they don't scream GT

Thanks, I'll definitely keep that in mind. I'll take a look up under it this weekend to see what stock bumper is behind it. And if its not chopped apart too bad, I might go ahead and get rid of the Razzi. Hell maybe I can get a few bucks out of it and get something a little more useful..

let me save you some time....the factory v6 bumper behind that razzi kit is fucked all to hell from where the first owner ran the exhaust...there were actually tips sticking about 4" out of the back of that bumper at one point. if you don't want the razzi rear you'll need a whole new bumper
