Painted Exhaust tips?

I have side exits with 3 in dual rolled tipps on both sides..just a curios questtion should i paint them black or get black tips?? how would the paint stand up to the heat and do they make paint for exhaust tips?

If it's possible to remove them, get them powdercoated... otherwise just buy black tips.

i used dupli color on mine. not the tip but the tubes behind the tip. got them flat black going into chrome

Cut them off. Not there is just as unnoticeable an black.
