99 3.8 cam w/spring install

I bought a 212/218 billet cam with 915 beehive valve springs from supersixmotorsports today. I am doing the install as soon as they come.

My question is, does anyone know the torque values for the reinstallations? also, how do i replace my vavle springs?

I'm sure someone will chime in that has a Haynes manual, but I would recommend getting one just to have some reference doing the job

wait... i don't have the torque specs... i have a 94-98 chilton ...

im not sure if their is anything more then just removing the rocker arms and then lifting the spring out of its spot from their... my maunal says that their is a bolt on the top of eah rocker with a folcrum under the bolt but on top of the rocker ... remove that whole assymbly and then lift the spring out of its spot... also it says be sure to lift straight away from head as to not mess up an oil seal ring... im guessing for the valves? but other then that im not sure... also when ... if removing the push rods be sure to lable and apply lube when re installing
