It depends on your setup.

You could get a procharger and a D1SC upgrade run around 12PSI and get 320+RWHP or a proper sized single turbo at 12 PSI would probably be around mid 350RWHP.

It depends what you have access to. I recommend joining a couple v6 mustang forums. Look in their classifieds and see what you can find as far as complete turbo kits and SC kits.

If you can find a decent turbo kit I would take advantage of that. They will end up costing about the same and a turbo is just overal a better option.

Think of the added costs of SC.

1. The cost of buying a pulley to change boost turbo you just adjust wastegate.
2. Most people with SC run a higher PSI of boost so you have more power down low like you would with a turbo. So you will a lot of times use methanol injection to help with that.

And as far as being better for the money difference?

Look at it this way your going to be spending around 3-4 K on either. Might as well fork out a little extra and have a faster car. It really depends on whether or not you can find a used kit they could cost exactly the same.

If you're talking to me - yes I did. But I don't want a supercharger.

Best supercharger hands down is a procharger d1sc. If you want to go fast with a blower setup, copy the mods in my garage.

Should say the best KIT you can get is the D1 kit, fastest s/c v6 mustang known is a vortech car

Although a novi 2k would be nice.

"Was" the fastest

vortech+n20 if your refering to v6p timeslip page

Everyone has their opinions, I think I'd be happy with any type of forced induction.

It is. There are no other mods you can bolt on and make 100-200rwhp and still have room for growth.

I recommend looking at classifieds on v6 mustang forums. There are always used kits around SC and turbo. Then see whichever you find that fits your budget. Just make sure to get all the supporting mods such as

MAF
Injectors
Fuel Pump
Tune

You will also want a good exhaust setup for both 2.5 inch for a SC and if you turbo you can run a 3 inch dump or you can have it dump into a Y pipe and go into your 2.5inch exhaust.

I would check out tmaturbo.com if I was you. They make three different turbo setups and all three are good as well as affordable.
