wingless stangs

Quick simple question. Where did you guys get your plugs. I just went to autozone and home depot for 2 /15 and 1/7 rubber plugs, but to no avail. What did you use and where did you get em

Home Depot... Two 5/16, two 3/8 steel hole plugs... They come flat already so you won't have to sand it down to flatten it (plastic plugs). Then painted them with touch up paint.

Really? hum, I'll go back tomorrow after I get my pay check BTW. I ended up getting the spay version of the touch up. mainly because it was .60 cents cheaper that the small touch up pen. Will it still work fine?

It should work... Only those little suckers are so damn small, I had a hard time painting them! There wasn't enough room to hold it...

Maybe get painter's tape... Line the plugs in place in the middle of the tape so you can spray over it...

Those plugs are so light, simply letting them sit on a paper towel might just blow them away... The have to be somewhat securely held down while being sprayed.

I could never get used to seeing hole plugs on my trunklid, plus the nasty marks/scratches the spoiler left, I just had to put the wing back on...
