rear end trouble?????

I recently just purchsed f17x10.5" in wide tires for the rear for my 95 v6 with the stock 7.5 rear end and installed 1.5 in wheel spacers, but after looking at the car for a while it seems as though the rear end sticks out roughly 1/4 more on the left side than the right. I have noticed this before putting in the spacers but now it is alot more noticable. Anyone have this problem before or know reasons why its so frustrating!!! I plan on putting my lowering springs in this summer but this is frustrating to look at. Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated

American Muscle sells 1.25", 1.5", 1" and .25" spacers, you can buy the .25" spacers and try and even it out

If the rear axle is off center it's because the control arm bushings are worn out and allowing it to move. You can use this as an excuse to buy new control arms, or you can get poly bushings for your stock control arms. You can get a pair of lower control arms from Steeda for $200 or you can get lowers and uppers for $300.

Ya that could be the problem my control arm bushing are still origional. Thank you for the info i might buy some new control arms from Steeda, quick question i plan on swapping in a new 8.8 rear end this summer will the new rear end come with new upper and lower control arms? That way i could do it all in one step and be done with this problem?

A new rear end won't come with control arms, a used one might but most people remove them before they sell a rear axle.

Where are you getting a new 8.8 rear from? Most people just pick them up used for like $200-300. If you get it used, it may or may not come with control arms (it depends on if the seller includes them). If you buy it new, I doubt it comes with control arms. Either way, if you buy aftermarket control arms (http://www.americanmuscle.com/bcontrolarmsb.html) you can get ones that fit most 79-04 rear ends (generally excluding Cobra rears) so you won't have to worry as long as the rear is from a 79-04.

I do not know directly where i am getting the rear end yet, i am going to start looking for a new one in a couple of months but first wanted to fix any potential problems before hand. I will have to look at americanmuscle.com, and probably buy the upper and lower control arms before i get the rear end installed.
