Fogs showed up, couple questions

So my fog lights showed up today. They're in great condition. Thing is, they are only the housing. No bulbs.
I plan on buying hid's, but will they go in the housing? Do I need some kind of bulb socket thingy like the headlights have? If I do where would I get one?

I can't remember if my HID's came with a socket or not. I'm pretty sure they do right?

They're just like putting any other bulb in so you'll be fine.

Alright, good. I remembered when doing my hids in my headlights I had to do something with the original bulbs. But I'm pretty sure that was the retainer clip thing.

lol...what retainer clip??? hid headlight bulbs lock in just like a factory halogen

During the headlight install I had to pull the locking clip thingy off my factory bulb socket.
I didn't know if there was something similar on the fogs.
And speaking of...any one know where I can get good HIDs besides DDM?
It seems like they aren't selling them anymore, or atleast aren't shipping the orders for like a month after ordering.
