Will either of the 3 custom tunes included with this tuner recognize the dual exhaust and CAI I install? I plan on tuning BEFORE I get those mods. Getting my cats removed too. Will I have to re-tune after each mod or customize the preset tunes to fit my mods? I also read that I might have to email the company, tell them my new mods, and then they'll send me a custom mod accordingly? I'd like to use the "performance" tune that comes preloaded. I ALSO read I can customize that "performance" tune after I get my cats cut to fix the engine light problem by turning off the O2 sensors. Is it hard to modify the preset tunes? Also read that the ONLY way to fix the engine light problem is getting the MIL connectors. Sorry so wordy. Just want to know what I'm getting myself into before I drop $379.99.

You can shut of the CEL with the tuner. the MIL connectors arent necessary

Those are actually canned tunes, not custom. Save yourself the trouble of playing with that crap and just get the tuner from AM. Most of their tuners come with free basic tunes for life and it's all done through a form on their website then emailed to you when it's done.

That tuner I mentioned is from AM. It comes with 3 custom tunes. What I'm asking is if the 3 custom tunes can be modified - turning off O2 sensors, CEL, etc. The specs say the tuner can only hold 3 tunes and the stock tune. So if they email me a tune, will I have to delete one to make room for it?

It comes with 3 canned tunes and space for 3 custom tunes plus the stock tune (make a backup on your home computer). The custom tunes need to be ordered and I believe they prompt you to order one when you make your purchase. I've never needed my rear O2s shut off but you can email AM and see if they're able to do that. As far as deleting tunes, you plug your tuner into your home computer to put new tune files on it so you can keep all your tunes stored on your home computer and just have your 3 most important tunes loaded on to your tuner.

Just to recap, your tuner will have space for:

-3 canned tunes
-3 custom tunes
-1 stock tune
