Question

Problem: Lost power after 2-3k rpm

Hey guys. I had a bad day today. I got written up by the cops for doing donuts on wet pavement behind an empty mall, (who cares about that parking lot), and began to loose power when in higher rpms..

This happened a few months ago, and a repair tech fixed it for $1700, and claimed it as broken head gasket. (Letting oil in and gas out)

When it gets to the upper rpms, in gear, it doesn't sputter, but cuts out and back in like a mushy rev limiter.

What do you'll think?

And someone PLEASE revive me. I'm gettin' tired of my Ford Engine dropping out. My brothers Honda is put through hell and runs like a champ.

Haha... yea.. I'll be alright on the legal front.. lol.

So, the car is a 98 V6, The only mods I have done performance wise is a cai. other than that, the girls all stock.

Except for the current head gasket. It has already been replaced once. (I believe.)
