Anyways there was this spring thing on it and i took that off, I also removed the e-brake cable from it.. Now im getting the new caliper tommorow, and I need to know how hard is that spring to put back on?? Am i gonna need any special tools are anything? I haven't had my car for 2 months and id love to be able to finish tommorow so i can drive it again

It's been a while since I worked on my brakes but I don't believe you'll need any special tools for that spring. And yes, the rear calipers twist in. You can pick up a caliper compressor set at Harbor Freight for like $20 or the little cube thing for less (I like the whole set because I have buddies who tend to need help with their stuff).

There are no special tools but the springs are a bitch to get back on. Well at least mine were.

if you got to the parts store and ask them for a loaded caliper they should give you everything all together already all you have to do is hook the lines back up they are like 20 bucks more but a hell of alot easier
