@OP...you epic failed on this one. never fucking ever leave a dealer without getting everything you've agree'd on in writing. Take the dealer to court and this is what will happen

geek: they said i had insurance for 30 days after purchase

judge: Mr. Dealer did you say that

Dealer: no your honor i told him it was a 30 day warranty

judge: Geek do you have any paperwork stating you had insurance for 30 days with the dealer

Just FYI mustanggeek, I just bought a complete 2001 Mustang GT engine and auto trans complete with 12k miles for $1500. V6 is worth maybe $750, and idk how many miles are even on this thing that you paid way too much for. I know you may very well get nothing from this person.

Some dealerships do forced insurance coverage or they have insurance that cover new buyers for 30 days.

And I wont take then to court for that, I said negligence. look it up.

They let me drive off a lot new car with a new insurance which is legal which can result in lawusit if I had any damages..


Its like if you let your drunk kid driver your car and he crash and harm somebody. The victim will sue the parents for negligence.

if I were to go to court I would sue for negligence. A lawyer already said he won case on it when car lots lets buyers drive off with no insurance..

Well like I said the frame is not damaged. Only cost 2- 3k to repair the body minus paint..

I signed a loan yes its my fault and I got to deal with it.

All the damage you see in pics is just the body parts. Seriously its not that bad in person.. Frame is okay engine and transmission is okay..

Its crazy some of my friends and other body shops say its fixable and not that bad but everyone here is saying its totaled its bad.

But everyone I showed pics too and even mechanics and body shop repairs say its not bad it just depend on if I want to fix it or not.

Civil Court here is only $125 So how will i spend alot and i will be representing myself..


Its clear cut case. They let me drive off with No insurance... Which is negligence if I hurt somebody or myself or cause damaged.

They werent suppose to let me drive off with insurance. yes it was my responsibility but that doesnt articulate the fact they let me drive off without it which is negligence

Im going small claims if I were to go
