Well everything seems to go screwy all at once it seems... I'm pulling out the trans to replace the bearings and possibly the clutch and flywheel too (clutch is supposedly new, doesn't slip but I'll see when it's out).

Anyways the t5 tranny has 150k on it and grinds going into second. I figured while it's out, I might as well consider getting it rebuilt. I had a guy quote me for 400 if I give him the trans and a rebuild kit (I don't know if this is good or not?).

There's three I'm looking at and to be honest I have no idea how to tell the difference between them.

So which one is the preferred route here and if it varies, what's the difference between them? Also if anyone has any better recommendations for a rebuild kit feel free to share! This isn't something I want to gamble with.

Also on a side note, money is tight but I'd rather rebuild it than get one at a junk yard. It seems more worth it to me, unless someone has had good experiences doing the latter. I also can't afford to spend 2k on a new tranny.
