Green Faleen...Saleen

this one's for green faleen to answer more than anyone i would think...Did you have to do anything to get your saleen kit to fit your car, or can you buy them ready for the v6 body?

they are a direct bolt on as long as it's the same body style IE 96-98 or 99-04

if your going to do it be wary of body kits that are OE "style"

most of them have fitmint issues.

and just for clarification in case anyone ever asks me...I know it seems like i'm copying GF's car basically, but i'm not, well, sort of, but his car is basically exactly how i want mine to be, only the full saleen body, and the rims and everything else. Anyway, i'm not trying to copy GF, lol. Just thought i'd clarify that...

as long as you don't end up with the sixer hood, stock wheels, stock hood, and a custom green paintjob with blue flakes in it...your good.

clone

a full clone is expensive as hell, i would spend it on other things but thats just me, I personally like the roush or bullit rims better then the saleens but if your cloning it then obvisoully there the only way to go

i'm getting the saleen body done this summer hopefully, and an exhaust. But i like the saleen better than the rousch, although the bullits are nice, you have to keep it the same i think, lol.

Weird, my front is authentic and it bolted on and fit perfectly the first time.
