Random Little Things

Wipers... they work whenever they want. When they're not working, they only do work when on the highest speed.

Also, power window fuse constantly blows out. The last one survived it's longest but is blown now. Plus, I can't roll up passenger window from driver door but I can roll down.

Help me out... calling out to electrical gurus.
It is appreciated.

All that is controlled by the same module under the dash. Typically when a fuse keeps popping it's shorted out - bad ground, pinched/stripped wires, etc. Could also be getting wet somehow.

For the wipers there is a relay in the fuse block under the hood. That could be faulty as well.
