Huckling and Buckling

Hey Ive got a 99 V6, its got longtube headers, flowmasters and shorty exhaust. I had a problem today with when itstarted up it would shake and act like its about do die and it kinda has a da da da da sound. I checked my plugs and my #2 cylinder was covered in oil and carbon. i cleaned it along with the others and it still did it. i changed the plug with a new on and no change. Is there something else that could be wrong? I am very inexpirenced in mustangs espically motors withall these computers and censors. Im a mechanical motor guy. If anyone knows anythign that could be wrong please post Thanks.

Is your engine light on? If so what code is it throwing?

new spark plug hmm, did you clean out the spark plug wire ? Did you check all plugs/wires ... sounds like a missfire ...
