Question about oil

I have a 95 mustang with 160,000 miles on it. I see all of these "high mileage" oils out there, but i don't know what i really should be using. So should is there any advantage of the high mileage oils or should i just use something else, and if i should use something else any recommendations on a good type of oil.

Sorry i know this is basic but give me a break i'm only 16 and don't know too much about cars, well not much when it comes to simple things.

royal purple is not worth it unless your car has some power...like a power adder

use 10w 30 high mileage synthetic oil
mobil, valvoline and castrol is all good

i thought synthetic only comes in like one weight, im not exactly sure what the numbers stand for, but i thought normal oil has two, n synthetic only is rated by one
