Alot of people dont have problems with it but i would not get a ebay brand cai. save up and get a name brand. Carbsticker nice also.

I have had problems with my ebay intake on my other cars in the past.

The thing with CAIs on our cars is that they're almost just an underhood appearance upgrade. You can buy a cheap Ebay CAI, the cheap AM CAI, or blow like $300 on a K&N CAI but you're not really going to see a difference between them. Our stock air intake is already drawing air from behind the fender and is almost a CAI if you've removed the snorkel/silencer. The only thing a CAI really has on the stock intake is the fact that the CAI is smooth. It doesn't really matter what CAI you get, you just have to decide how much you want to spend because you could also do a Windstar swap (see VAPauto.com) and get some actual gains from it. As far as a tune goes, our vehicles don't need a tune for a simple CAI (unlike the s197s, although they have a few no-tune CAIs).
