new cai question
just bought a cai and didnt come with a air temp sensor it hasnt come in yet but i was woundering if i need this or do i already have this somewhere in my stock v6

Air Temperature Sensor should have been on your stock air intake, on the rubber section- you can pull it out and place it into the hole made for the sensor.

iv looked and didnt see any i know what they look like on most mustang and where there at are they hidden or did mine just not come with one its a 99

I guess you can just plug up the hole and start the car, see if you get a check-engine-light or a rough idle. Mine didn't come with one but it's a 2002.

Your car should have one. They're about the diameter of a nickel and are pushed into the intake.
Why did you post a link to a Mass Air Flow adapter flange? That has nothing to do with your intake temp sensor at all. It's located here: ![]() Should look similar to this when pulled out
