Stock engine havers -- RPM question

Just trying to figure out what all has been done to my car before I got it. So far, K&N CAI, some kind of exhaust, UDPs, and the speed governor apparently (though I don't know if these cars have one or what it governs to).

I'm wanting to know if my car's shift points have been changed or if it could have gears installed.

Pegging out the speedometer around 125, I'm at 4k RPM. What about you?

Stock speed governer is 115mph. What year is your car? I believe 94-98 had 2.73s and 99-04s had 3.27s. I've personally got 4.10s and I'm around 3k RPM doing 75-80 in 5th gear.
