No turn signal

When I turn on the hazards only 3 flash both on the left and the rear right...

you have a harness problem the wire is running hot, or a bad ground check the harness like i said check ground too. put a tester in the positive hole on the harness then ground it and turn the flasher on if the tester flashes the bulb must be bad. also test the ground on the harness.

one of the wires on the harness is a ground wire. its probably grounded to the chassis. if it flashes when u ground the tester to the chassis but now when u ground it in the harness then your harness has a bad ground and its back feeding the bulb so it don't flash is the bulb by any chance dimmer then the rest as well?

Ok I'm at a loss...the wires look ok, the bulb light up, and I'm not sure uf I found the flasher...is it the panel with 4 plug like things right behind the fuse pannel

the flasher module is mounted to the side of the passenger compartment fuse box its white.

Driverside, passer compartment...I can't find it for the life of me...I did clean the inside and outside of the car tho...and the engine

here are your fuse panels http://www.miracerros.com/mustang/2000_fuse.html check the flasher fuse first.
i dont think its your flasher do you hear it clicking when u turn it on and if you only have a problem with one side im almost 100% sure the flasher is not the issue u have a wiring problem.

that is fucked up my friend. you can try a new flasher but i dunno if thats the real culprit.

nah my car randomly just double blinks or doesn't blink its so odd... just stick your arm out the window... or make a sign and hold it out the window
