What in the? Tuning issue?
I just got my car back from Arizona, I'm in Florida. And I'm seriously getting like 10 MPG. WTF. Is this a major tuning issue? My parents I guess just got my car all tuned and fixed up recently with fluid flushes and everything. What the hell is wrong? UGH Did the typical thing, checked if there was anything unplugged in the engine compartment confusing the computer thinking it needed to be more lean. Checked the air filter and it's pretty clean. What the hell else could it be.

Is your car running really rich? You probably don't have an AF gauge but you should be able to tell if your exhaust smells like raw fuel. Tires properly inflated? Maybe unplug the battery for a while and let the computer reset. Is the car throwing any codes?

I'd still unplug the battery just in case.
Also how's your driving habits? Did you catch a case of lead-foot once you moved to florida? Just curious, how are you calculating it? Re-setting the odometer between fill-ups and then dividing miles traveled/gallons used?

No. More like obviousness. I filled my tank and I tripped the ODO and I've driven 120 miles and went from full to less than 1\4. I'm at like 1\8 Lol.
And no I'm more of a calm driver lol. UPDATE: Took it to a shop and sat there for four hours waiting for them to even look at my car. I was the first one in, and people were coming in and getting their cars worked on before mine. So after four hours I just left. My cars keys were the first in line for four hours and others kept getting the jump on me. Never going back there, fuck that noise. Also, the guy tried school me on my car. When I told him it might be a tuning issue he looked at me and was like "you can't tune it, newer cars don't have carbs." So I said, "yeah. It's done electroncially through the cars computer." Lol. If I had the tools I'd do it myself. Anyone in Florida, never go to "Precision Tuning" Ever. They're SHIT.

Do the math way, the gas gauge can be off really easily. Mine doesnt move until 60 miles, then at 120 miles its at half. Im not getting 1000000 mpg for the first 60 then 10 mpg for the second 60.

I'll be sure to do that. But can it happen overnight? When my car was in Arizona it wasn't like that. Now it is? I'm assuming it's the tuning. but I'll do the math way again to double check.

I dont think the tuning would do it. If it was getting 10 mpg and you were driving normally the car would have to be running rich, which you would be able to smell and probably notice while driving it

Who was it tuned by and with what device? It's possible but my guess would be you have other issues.

the only possible explination is that your parents swaped in a 5.0 from a foxbody... lol but in all seriousness try disconnecting your batery, but after you reconnect it you have to drive like 20 miles to get the computar right because it adjusts as you drive

Lean is better for gas milage, rich is not.
How is the fuel filter? Did they flush the trans? Auto or manual? How is the air filter?

Very confusing. Do you have an SCT tuner? If you do, its not that. They don't go bad.
Other than everything thats involved in a regular tune up, it could be the O2 sensors or EGR but they usually shoot out a check engine light. I would go back to basics- Seafoam it the correct way, fuel filter, air filter, plugs, pcv, visually inspect vacuum lines, air leaks, plug wires, ect.. 2 cans of seafoam + plugs will probably correct things.
