Will 2011 V6 out perform 2010 4.6?

Maybe this has already been discussed but I don't see a search feature. Anyway, do we know yet if the new 305 hp V6 will accelerate faster than the 4.6 2010? I assume it's lighter and about the same power so it should be a close race. Bet some that bought a 2010 wish they had waited.

Dont know about that one. Theres a reason why 500rwhp/ 300rwtq honda can run 10sec 1/4's. Some engines just dont make power til higher rpm, and if you can keep it in the powerband your doing something.

But stock for stock gt will win.
