hey guys, so im finally getting the exhaust done this weekend and ill have videos up soon ! i got 2 flowmaster 40 mufflers 2.5 in and out, with 2.5 in to 3.5 out summit racing tips that look killer. Im just torn on the pipe size, ive been reading that keeping the stock 2.25 will help with back pressure but alot of guys run 2.50. if i run 2.25 can they still fabricate it all together even if the mufflers and tips are 2.5? what are your opinions on this??
Thanks!

get flows, and it doesn't really matter what size piping you get. 2.5 will be good though.

I thought the flowmasters were too loud when I had a similar setup to what you describe. I've switched to magnaflow mufflers and they are much quieter.

i thought going from the stock 2.25 to 2.5 that you will lose back pressure and torque? is it really noticeable? i dont wont to loose too much of the little torque these cars have lol i mean if i wanted to run 2.25 could they put it all together even though the flows are 2.5? can they shrink the ends a little?
