General Upkeep

I got a 2003 V6 Mustang w/ 50k miles. I want to provide as much love and care for her as possible. I'm looking for advice from some of you experts on maintaining my vehicle (besides what is already in the owner's manuel). I recently changed the oil+filter, PCV valve, and cleaned K&N air filter, replaced the tires, greased the door, and cleaned her up. I plan on flushing the radiator when I find out how much fluid it holds and draining the tranny by simply unplugging the main drain plug from the bottom of the transmission (I assume this should release enough fluid without having to drain from anywhere else). Any other advice/upgrade info would be appreciated. I am also looking to replace my brakes with some good brand ceramic pads. I want some good websites to buy good parts for a good price.

Don't forget to grease the driveshaft u-joints, as well as change fluid in the differential.

50k--- I'd suggest the fuel filter too. $5 bucks for the filter $3 for the disconnect tool. Easy job but a little messy.
