v6 swap/build

hey guys im new here and i was hoping on some help with some research before I go buy this car. Im looking at a 98 mustang v6 with no motor that I was looking on doing a 5.8L build. I was going to pull the motor out of an older F250 and drop it into this car. The goal is to do this myself and have a car (maybe not too expensive) that would be really fun. Is it worth buying this car and doing this swap? They want $550 for the car btw. The car still has the transmission (no pan) and everything else is there just no motor. Also i dont have long to deside this car is sitting in a junk yard

You get the engine plan on getting a complet donor f250
Cuz your v6 transmission will not hold up to the v8
Also new rear end.....heavier suspension (shocks coils ect)
Eco/comp for the 5.8?
Diff engine mounts
Fuel pump (v6 fuel pump will no suppl enough fuel)
Thts all I can think of for the major stuff....shit ton or little stuff too

Like any engine/transmission swap into a mustang from an engine that didnt belong in there at first, its going to take a ton of time, money, blood, sweat, and tears. It can be done i'm sure, but basically everything will need to get changed except the body of the car itself ( not including the new hood you'll nee since the 5.8 probably wont fit under there.)

It just isnt worth it, those engine are nice for trucks (I would know ) but not your car, or for gas mileage.

Pic related, my old truck (damn I miss that thing)

Just some advice, dont listen to what friends "think" or "know" unless you know they've done it personally. That can lead to a lot of costly mistakes.

basically you need everything that you would need to do a 5.0 swap in order to swap in the 351.

94-95 k member would be a start

definitely ditch the non WC T5 if your going 351.

of course the complete motor from the truck would also be useful, not too sure about the ignition though, you may need a 94-95 5.0 ignition.

also if your going EFI you need a 94-95 5.0 computer.
