Simple Stroker Question.

So, yeah. I was talking to my friend at school, whom I get alot of advice from, and he said that if I wanted to get a 4.2 crate engine, I wouldn't be able to super/turbocharge it. Now that was one of my big plans: either a vortech s/c, or a TMA twinturbo kit.

Say it aint so!

Yup...I would stop getting advice from him. It seems like if he doesn't know, he would rather be ignorant then actually say he doesn't know.

your friend is an idiot. its the same exact engine but stroked, and i believe a slight bigger throttle body. ALL bolt ons, s/c's and turbo kits that fit the 3.8L v6 that came stock in your motor would fit with out a doubt just as snug as the 3.8L but with more power

no. not until im 100% done. I will let you know as soon as it is done. By the end of next week I will reveal the finalized car with pics and a dyno.

after putting in the new re built tranny...everything was pretty tight and it was my 2nd day driving the car after work at night...the road was freshley paved and wen shifting to 2nd i chirped that on wheel of ours...and the guy driving behind me with his wife was a cop...and gave me a ticket for highway racing...tho i wasnt on the highway FL has a new law now that says highwayracing can be considered road racing...and even just chirping or spinning ur tires on the road can lead to 1 yr license suspended, jail time, 1000$ fine, and w/e else....so I pleaded not guilty and the cop thot i was racing a truck on my left who was getting ready to stop a a left only red light.....and he was behind me at the previous lite and i took off just normal ....just i shifted a little hard just enough it shirrped under the over pass for the highway so it prolly echoed and sounded louder then it was...so now i gota get a attorney for the case since theres no proof of anything and the so called truck racing theres no record of....cops here are fucking assholes seriously...thats why they have under covers in hooked up cars doing the whole fast and furious shit.....its not different in the movie then it is in real life...but he was with his wife coming from dinner or the movies past 11pm and he musta lived 100yrds away and decided to show his man hood to her i guess....maybe he got some that nite...cant wait to key that fuckers car
