passenger side a/c leaking onto exhaust header

i want to fix this tomorrow morning, I'm in charleston, SC, i have the a/c condensation that comes out of the firewall leaking onto my exhaust header. I want to divert the flow but i dont have a clue as to what i can do to do that, i have ideas but dont see how they will work, can some people post up a pic of what you did to divert the droplets?

Yeah it's common and one of the reasons that sixxers develop a cracked flange or manifold over time. I've seen a guy take a length of silicone tubing and inserting it over the original opening to divert the flow.

Must have been a pretty big silicone tube, my opening is like...an inch and half in diameter. then my longtubes are not but another inch and half, two inches to that hole...anyone else? possibly pics?
