Terrible wheel hop

Ok when I go WOT the rear end starts to hop... What can be done to fix this problem? quad shocks? If so will they even be able to mount on the rear end? It pisses me off, or maybe these nexens dont grip that well.

Nope, I have an 8.8" and have horrendus wheel hop. It's from the 4 link suspension design. New lower control arms is a good first step.

DISCLAIMER--- THIS IS ILLEGAL

get a fat hooker. kill her, then stick her in the trunk.

the weight should stop all the hop, and will even make your car sit lower too, enhancing the "Cool" factor.

the 7.5 doesnt have mounts for quad shocks...the 8.8 does...even if you get an 8.8 though, youll still need the mounts on the car

Adjustable shocks should do the trick. Do not put any quads on it. Added weight and not needed with a good shock on the rear.

Coil-over, quads, or a panhard/watts. That or build brackets to drop the UCA-to-body mounts lower. Making the angle between the upper and lower acute rather than obtuse. Changing this geometry makes the rear end push down rather than pull up under hard acceleration.

Quads is the cheapest method though.
