o.o I think we should all play nice with people that are new/questionable opinion on the site.

To me, My 3.8L V6 is 100x better than a V8 because its Mine.

its human nature to defend what you Know/Trust/Own, so lets play nice, I don't like it when advice is avoided and conflict is Crashed into.

how MM works and why it's so popular...if you're thinking that runs people off then you'll learn soon enough it does not. Those tires you mention are for on the street/track racing or for use in autocross, drifting and track events. Like some real racing which i dont do anyway.


And Z rated is rated for speeds over 149mph?? I dont need a tire rated higher then Z as I will never do 149mph or anywhere close.

Pirellis is a good brand for the everyday driver and my tires hug the road and i love them... But thanks for the other tires list. When im ready to upgrade or hit the track I might look into it.


Also those Hankook Ventus Evo V12 (K110) is a poorly designed tire and the thread wont last. The aqua chutes are to sharply cut. It just looks like another crappy Japanese tire such as some of the other ones you listed.

I will never run a Perelli...after being a shop manager at a tire shop and seeing how they survive DD'ing....never will i buy them for my cars lol

now Nitto's...they will last and last and last...like Goodyear Eagle 1's (dunno if they're still in production...it's been like 5 years since i used to do that kinda work)

I'm a BF fan and a Sumitomo fan, maybe contradicting but you know what, it works. besides everyones cars are different, what works on your car probably wont work as good on a better modified car. I run all season tires here in charleston because it rarely RARELY snows, summer's suck. All seasons are perfect in my situation.

Cliff Notes: Take in your environment and mods to choose the best tire for you. its not all about looking at one person's review of a tire.
