Does your pedal only rattle at low RPM's? What Clutch brand did you get? Did it come with a new Throw-Out Bearing (TOB)? Chances are, if you didn't change out your throw-out bearing then that could have been the problem in the first place. When your car is idling, can you hear a faint chirping sound? Aftermarket TOB's are garbage, your best bet was to go with a Ford OEM TOB. When you removed your clutch how did your flywheel look? And this might be a stupid question, but did you break in your new clutch and bearings (Throw-out bearing, Pilot Bearing) before stepping on it?

Welcome to the site btw.
