check the exhaust thread sticky at the top of the section. most of the v6s here run a chambered muffler and h-pipe and either dumped or out the back. side exhaust looks kinda without proper side skirts. i was going to do a cobra r style exhaust on mine but it would have cost over $1000 to be done right and sound like i wanted. plus if you lower the car the tips will drag everything.

but its ur car not mine.

hey man i had exhaust on my 2000. i did an H pipe and glasspacks out the side. glasspacks are stupid. i had quad 3 in rolled tips out the side and it lookded nice and got alot of compliments. would look better with skirts. and i out my exhaust out the rear because i lowered it and it would scrape like hell.

the exhaust sounds amazingly better out the rear, out the side is very high pitch.

this is my spintechs 9000 series out the rear

the old exhaust with glasspacks out the rear

this is my current with spintechs out the back. total difference

Stunna, do you have any other video of the Spintechs out the rear? We can't allow videos of you excessively speeding on public roads outside of the Street 101 section.

lol well thats incorrect...you cannot post whatever you want. a country road is still a road and if mods feel it violates policy then it can be deleted...just thought i'd let you in on that tidbit of info for future postings

@OP...the only way i've found to make a side exhaust sound half decent is a prochamber for the midpipe..kinda pricey unless you find one used but it's worth it to me...i'd look into and out the back exhaust though since an sn95 bumper works great with rolled tips

If you have a video of you speeding excessively on a public road, you cannot post the video here unless it's in the Street 101 section. We don't allow such videos, it is a rule. We don't need the forum owners getting in trouble and I can assure you that you wouldn't be the first person to get into legal trouble for such videos. About a year back there was a guy with a Corvette who got busted for doing like 140 through traffic because he was dumb enough to put a video of it on YouTube. And some time before that there was a guy who got in big shit with the military for posting a video of himself doing 120 in a Skyline while he was in the military. Now if you happen to have a video of you doing 120 on a legit drag track, feel free to post it because you wouldn't be breaking laws in that video.

If you feel you need to take this up privately with me, feel free to but I can assure you that the entire staff would agree with me that a video of you doing 120mph on a public road is not acceptable outside of Street 101.

And just so that we're 100% clear, I'll refer you to rule 10.

10. Discussion of illegal activities except in reporting the actions of others is not allowed. Discussion for the purpose of promoting these activities may subject the poster to being banned. Admission of illegal activity on your part will be removed or the poster will be given the opportunity to edit their admission out of the post. Anyone quoting or referencing deleted or edited posts will have their posts edited/removed as well. In short, DO NOT use this forum to admit to breaking the law.
