Where are u getting stuck? Put the spring in position and SLOWLY jack the a arm up. Make sure the spring is seated correctly, then just bolt everything back together.

If the a arm won't lower, u can loosen the bolt on the bushing to relieve some of the tension. Is it getting snagged on something. Post a pic and I'll look at it when I get back from church.

Bigger hammer, bigger pry bar, bigger flame. Works for everything

let the jack down more? what springs are you installing? My h&r ss springs were so much shorter than stock they just slid right in. Id say you could try spring compressors, you can rent them at O'reillys or autozone

i started with the top of the spring, then used me feet to push the a-arm down and my hands to push the bottom of the spring in. Try putting a prybar in the outer cup edge of the a-arm and bottom of the spring.
